Claro que reclama! Tem uns quantos participantes e nenhum deles participa mesmo. Depois, os poucos que participam não escrevem nada alem da imprópria reclamação de ninguém reclamar. Isto lá é reclamação que se apresente?
Uns queixam-se da seca, mas quando levam com água na tola, queixam-se da chuva. Outros queixam-se dos gastos que fazem, quando na realidade ( em alguns ) gastam mais em desperdícios do que deviam. Uns queixam-se porque gostam e podem, fazem bem! Porque existem aqueles que se queixam sem razão e quando o fazem, mais valia não fazerem nada.
O humano queixa-se por tudo e por nada. E depois? Depois dizem que este blog anda sem reclamações e isso sim é que não é reclamação que se reclame!

These newly enhanced Global Cedar trees require only 9-12 years of growth before they can
be harvested for lumber, whereas worldwide growth time for lumber is 30-50 years.

Através da empresa Instalclima adquiri um aparelho Mitsubshi com dois splits e mais tarde um outro tipo mural com os quais fiquei muito satisfeito. No entanto, em Novembro passado, encomendei um novo aparelho com dois splits, tal como o que me tinham vendido primeiro e fui surpreendido com o tamanho da máquina. Muito mais pequena e muito ruidosa. Entre reclamações e vindas dos técnicos da Instalclima e da Mitsubishi, já foram pelo menos 6 visitas. A maior parte delas, sempre após muita insistência minha. A última visita, com a presença do responsável da área técnica da Mitsubishi Portugal, foi conclusiva para a informação que me prestaram, verbalmente e por escrito.
- O barulho da máquina exterior é normal e não há nada a fazer ( de nada vale comparar com a outra unidade adquirida dois anos antes e made in Europa sem ruido que está instalada mesmo por de cima da outra nova e ruidosa) Já se colocou cineblocos, afastou-se a máquina da parede, reapertou-se tudo, mudou-se uma placa de circuitos integradas, etc, etc. Talvez daqui a entre dois e seis meses se possa arranjar um asolução. Iremos reportar à fábrica que o Cliente não está satisfeito... Trata-se de um Modelo nouvo e é mesmo assim. Ora, para quem pagou cerca de 2.500,00 (450.000$00) para ter um equipamento de qualidade em dois compartimentos, um deles um quarto de dormir (para descansar sem ruído) com a alegação de não dever comprar mais barato que eram muito ruidosos e a seguir vê e compara os preços e ainda por cima tem que andar a pedinchar respostas a quem presta serviços de muito má qualidade, não pode deixar de reclamar, aqui e em todo o lugar onde lhe for possível. Antes de comprar Mitsubishi certifique-se do barulho que o equipamento fáz e não pague antes de comprovar.
Eu não fiz isso e paguei, ainda que tivesse já reclamado por diversas vezes e continuasse à espera que resolvessem o problema.
A solução proposta pela Instalclima é pagar mais e ficar com dois equipamentos de pior marca(discutível) e sem ser inverter ou pagar ainda mais e ficar com dois aparelhos inverter da concorrência.
Claro que a solução é sempre eu pagar mais. Se a motivação para comprar Mitsubishi é a qualidade e o pouco ruído, não compre, pelo menos sem fazer um teste de ruído.
Caso queira vir ouvir a chocolateira (Mitsubishi)que cá tenho em casa.

Comprei um escapamento esportivo da Sarachú na Wing, pensando ser uma empresa séria e comprometida com o cliente e com a qualidade de seus produtos, para minha surpresa só tive decepção desde o momento da compra... Lavei a moto três dias após comprar o escapamento, o mesmo saiu toda tinta e ficou todo manchado, demonstrando pintura de péssima qualidade, tirei fotos e enviei para a Sarachú, me fizeram levar o escapamento até lá, sendo que comprei do lado da minha casa e como disse, não tinha nem 7 dias da compra, tive que deixar o escapamento lá durante 10 dias, me informaram que seria feita uma pintura especial para eu não ter mais problema... fui até lá novamente para buscar, agora peguei chuva com a moto e toda tinta saiu novamente, entrei em contato com a empresa por diversas vezes, emails, telefonemas, nada, ninguém retornou, hoje que consegui falar com o responsável Fernando, o mesmo me disse que eu tenho que levar novamente o escapamento lá e aguardar todo o processo novamente, achei isso um absurdo pois já fiz o que pediram da primeira vez e nada foi resolvido. Sugeri ir fazer a troca na loja próxima a minha casa, onde comprei ou me devolverem o dinheiro para eu comprar de outra marca, me ignoraram, por isso estou aqui para lutar pelos meus direitos e expor para vocês como a empresa lida com seus clientes após a venda. Não esperava isso da Sarachú.

Comprei na loja our secrets em outubro de 2009 e até hoje não recebi minha encomenda...
Só agora percebi a artimanha feita por eles...
Na época eles só aceitavam pagseguro e me enrolaram até passar a data para cancelamento do valor debitado no cartão para me "enviarem" se é que enviaram mesmo, minha mercadoria.
Isto pq foi feito na forma "priority" que como se sabe tem número de rastreio.
Quero alertar outros consumidores para que não gastem seu dinheiro com essa loja porque são caloteiros e ladrões... Sinceramente fui roubada por essa loja! Comprem em outro lugar!
Eu também comprei nessa loja, OUR SECRETS,no início do mês passado.O único contato que eles mantiveram comigo, foi para confirmar o pagamento, já enviei mais de 10 emails e nada deles responderem...realmente eles passam a perna em quem comprar por esse site..eu aviso para nao comprarem nada, sáo um bando de ladroes!!
Troquei uma Fiat strada 2010 cabine dupla em uma L200 2006 blindada , durante a negociação foi combinado que a L200 passaria por uma revisão geral antes da entrega , porem nada disto foi feito , recebi a L200 uma semana depois e por incrírvel que pareça a pick up estava sem freio , faltava balanciar , alinhar e tambem faltava uma peça que controla o banco do passageiro.
Depois de varias reclamações e telefonemas consegui levar a pick up na Brabus para fazer o alinhamento e balanciamento sobre os freios eles nem tocaram , Novamente liguei pra la e nada foi resolvido.
Acabei gastando R$ 260,00 pra colocar freios no carro.
A Brabus Mitsubishi Nações Unidas não tem respeito nenhum com o cliente , o meu conselho ao consumidor é de não acreditar nas promessas de vendedores desta concessionária i principalmente o FABIO.
Este individuo na hora da venda promete o mundo , mas é so de momento.
Não compre na Brabus Mitsubishi Nações Unidas.
Não vou ficar por aqui , pretendo mandar uma copia desta reclamação ao escritorio central da Mitsubishi Motors Corporation.
